This lists actions to achieve our community vision.
We have strategic documents to guide how we:

- achieve our community vision
- plan and allocate resources to deliver services, initiatives and projects.
Each year we develop an Annual Action Plan and Budget to deliver on the commitments made in our Council Plan. We would like to hear your thoughts on our plans for our:
- services
- programs
- infrastructure.
Understanding your priorities is an important part of this process. Late last year we asked 121 community members to share their:
- opinion on existing community priorities
- ideas and priorities for the future.
We used their feedback to inform the draft documents.
