While finalising the plans for Odessa Avenue Reserve Suburban Park upgrade, we identified small areas of indigenous vegetation within the construction area. As a result, this vegetation will need to be removed to deliver this project. We will adhere to State Government regulations and apply for approval to remove native vegetation.

This will mean a delay in our works with the revised completion time moved from early 2023 to early 2024.

While we would’ve liked to have opened as originally planned, it is important we protect and preserve the environment as much as we can wherever possible.
